Common questions
- What is the difference between sworn translation and notary approval?
- A sworn translation is made and signed by a translator who has taken an oath before a notary. The notary approves the translator's identity and signature, not the content of the translation. Many official applications require both.
- Which approvals does my document need?
- The institution receiving your document decides this. Send us its written request or application checklist and we will work out the steps with you.
- When do I need an apostille?
- You need one when the document will be used in a country that is party to the Hague Apostille Convention and the receiving institution asks for it. For other countries, a consular procedure may apply.
- Can I use your services from outside Düzce?
- Yes. Send your document on WhatsApp for a quote, and we ship the completed document to your address. We will tell you if the original is needed.
- How do I find out the price and delivery time?
- They depend on the document type, length, language and required approvals. Send us the document and we will review it and let you know.
- Which languages do you translate?
- We translate every language. Our main languages are German, English, Arabic, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and French.
- What levels do you teach, and how long is a lesson?
- We teach English and German at all levels. One lesson lasts 50 minutes, at our office in Düzce or online.
- Do you offer a trial lesson?
- Yes. Send us your language and level on WhatsApp and we will find a time that suits you.
