What data we process
Identity and contact details, messages you send us, information in documents for translation, language and level details for lessons, and invoice and payment records. Documents may contain special categories of data such as health, religion or blood type. When you visit our site, the hosting service may keep technical logs such as IP addresses.
Why we process it
To prepare quotes, carry out translation and approval procedures, schedule lessons, contact you, deliver documents, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
Legal grounds
We rely on the grounds in Article 5 of the Law: establishing and performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, establishing and protecting a right, and legitimate interest. We process special categories of data in line with Article 6.
How we collect it
Through WhatsApp, email, phone, shipping and in-person delivery at our office.
Who receives it
As the service requires: notaries, public authorities handling apostille or certification, translators working in the relevant language, shipping companies, our accounting providers and legally authorized institutions.
Transfers abroad
WhatsApp and email services are provided by companies based abroad, so data sent through these channels may be processed on servers abroad. We act in line with Article 9 of the Law. Our site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your IP address may reach Google when you visit. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp or email, bring your document to our office or send it by post.
Retention
We keep data for as long as the purpose and the law require, then delete, destroy or anonymize it.
